This policy outlines how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled. Please read it carefully before making a request.
1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, all the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
- It must be returned in its original packaging, including boxes, pouches, tags, and accessories (e.g. ribbons, elastics, inserts).
- The item must not be damaged, altered, or show visible signs of use (stretched fabric, marked soles, etc.).
- The item must not be a custom-made, personalized, or clearance item.
If your return does not meet these requirements, we reserve the right to refuse the refund or offer a partial one.
2. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return:
- Contact our customer support at info@dancewithdace.top within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Include your full name, order number, and a brief explanation of the reason for the return (e.g. sizing issue, defect, received wrong item).
- You will receive detailed return instructions within 1–2 business days.
Please do not send items back without receiving approval first — unauthorized returns may be rejected.
3. Return Shipping
Unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g. defective or incorrect item), return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- You may choose any shipping provider, but we strongly recommend using a tracked and insured service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.
- Please ensure the item is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.
4. Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected at our facility, we will notify you by email.
- If the item meets all the conditions above, a full refund (excluding original shipping charges) will be issued to your original method of payment.
- Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approval, depending on your bank or payment provider.
If your return does not meet the full requirements (e.g. damaged packaging, signs of wear), a partial refund may be granted, which will be discussed with you in advance.
5. Exchanges
If you ordered the wrong size or color, we’ll be happy to help you exchange it.
- Exchanges are only accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- To start an exchange, email us with your order number and the item you’d like in exchange.
- We will check availability and guide you through the process.
- Exchanges are processed only after the original item is returned and approved.
Please note: we do not hold stock for exchange items. Availability is not guaranteed.
6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We inspect every item before shipping, but if you receive something faulty or not as described:
- Contact us within 3 calendar days of receiving your order.
- Include photos of the issue (e.g. manufacturing defect, wrong item received, damaged packaging).
- We will assess the situation and offer a solution: replacement, store credit, or a full refund, including shipping.
We do not offer replacements or refunds for items damaged by improper use or handling after receipt.
7. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Tights, underwear, socks
- Clearance or final sale items
- Personalized or custom-sized items (including adjusted lengths or embroidered names)
- Items worn for performance or rehearsals

8. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided the item has not already shipped. After this period, cancellation is not guaranteed.
If your order has shipped, you’ll need to wait for delivery and then initiate a return as described above.
9. International Orders
We proudly offer worldwide shipping, but please keep the following in mind:
- Return shipping from outside our fulfillment region (EU/Asia) may involve longer transit times and higher costs.
- We do not cover customs fees, duties, or taxes associated with returns.
- Refunds will be processed in the original currency and may be subject to currency fluctuations or bank fees.
